Operations & Stewardship
Brandy Walt-Rose leads Sara’s Circle’s day-to-day operations, strategic planning, systems infrastructure, and marketing efforts. Her role centers on translating mission into action — building scalable processes, coordinating volunteers and contractors, and overseeing partnerships that support ethical reuse and community-centered impact.
Her stewardship emphasizes clarity, accountability, and long-term sustainability, ensuring that growth remains grounded, transparent, and aligned with purpose.
Advisory Leadership
Mike Harms is the founder of Sara’s Circle and serves in an advisory capacity, providing strategic guidance informed by years of experience in resale, logistics, and business operations. His focus is on long-term vision, governance considerations, and aligning mission with sustainable business practices.
While not involved in day-to-day operations, his advisory input supports thoughtful growth and structural integrity as Sara’s Circle continues to evolve.
