Sara’s Circle does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to coordinate services with trusted partners and only with appropriate discretion.

Personal information is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for operational, accountability, or legal purposes.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Sara’s Circle is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Requests for assistance are reviewed in good faith and evaluated based on mission alignment, available resources, and operational feasibility.

Donations made to Sara’s Circle are voluntary and help support our mission of providing compassionate assistance, redistributing home goods, and supporting individuals and families during life transitions.

At this time, Sara’s Circle is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible unless explicitly stated otherwise.

While we strive to use all funds responsibly and in alignment with our mission, Sara’s Circle retains discretion over how donated funds and resources are allocated based on current needs, availability, and operational priorities.

Donations do not guarantee receipt of goods, services, or assistance.

Assistance & Distribution Limitations

Sara’s Circle provides assistance based on available resources, community need, and capacity at the time of each request.

Submitting a request for assistance does not guarantee approval or fulfillment. Assistance may be limited, delayed, modified, or declined without explanation.

Sara’s Circle reserves the right to prioritize assistance based on factors such as urgency, geographic location, availability of items, and organizational capacity.

All assistance is provided “as is,” and Sara’s Circle is not responsible for outcomes related to the use of distributed goods.

Community Conduct & Respect Policy

Sara’s Circle is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals we serve, work with, or interact with.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff, volunteers, partners, or other community members will not be tolerated.

Sara’s Circle reserves the right to refuse service, end communication, or disengage from individuals whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.

Respect is a core value of our mission, and we expect all interactions to reflect that commitment.

Media, Image, & Storytelling Consent Policy

Sara’s Circle respects the dignity, privacy, and autonomy of the individuals we serve.

Names, photographs, videos, or personal stories will not be shared publicly without explicit consent. Individuals may choose to remain anonymous or limit how their story is shared.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future use, and Sara’s Circle will honor such requests to the extent reasonably possible.

Participation in storytelling or media sharing is always voluntary and never required to receive assistance.

Volunteer Participation Policy

Volunteers play an important role in supporting the mission of Sara’s Circle.

Volunteer roles are unpaid and do not create an employment relationship. Volunteers are expected to act respectfully, ethically, and in alignment with Sara’s Circle values.

Sara’s Circle reserves the right to assign, modify, or discontinue volunteer roles at its discretion and to end volunteer participation at any time if conduct expectations are not met.

Volunteer participation is subject to availability, training requirements, and organizational needs.
